The Boulevard is a newly launched estate located at Ketu, Epe, Lagos. It is approximately 715 meters from the Ikorodu-Epe road, which leads to the new Lekki-Epe international airport.
One of the selling points for the Boulevard Estate in Epe is its nearness to the road.

If you have big bucks to spend on land in Epe, then your best bet is Monte Carlo. Monte Carlo is where the 1% of the exclusive population will reside in Epe. Waterfront properties like Monte Carlo are expensive all over the world.
For the price Monte Carlo is currently selling, it is a great deal. Once the building of the facilities commences, the value will begin to skyrocket. You can decide to resell or build a house in it to rent or live.
